Rules

The rules, with the maths shown.

These are the exact rules the system enforces. Numbers are percentages of your initial balance, so they never move against you as the account grows.

How each rule is measured

Four objectives decide every account.

01

Profit target

Closed profit on the account must reach the target percentage of the initial balance. Open positions don't count until they are closed.

$25,000 Scale Two, Phase 1: target 10% = $2,500. You pass once your balance reaches $27,500 and you have traded at least 4 days.
02

Daily loss limit

Measured on equity, including floating loss, against the balance at the start of the day. The day resets at 00:00 UTC. The limit is a percentage of the initial balance, so it stays the same size every day.

$25,000 account, 5% limit = $1,250. If today started at $26,000, equity must stay above $24,750 for the rest of the day.
03

Maximum loss

Equity may never fall below the initial balance minus the maximum loss. On Scale Instant (coming soon) the floor trails your highest end-of-day balance until it reaches the initial balance, then it stops moving.

$25,000 account, 10% limit: equity must stay above $22,500 at all times — including floating loss.
04

Minimum trading days

A trading day is any day on which you close at least one trade. You need the minimum number of days to pass an evaluation phase. There is no minimum on funded accounts.

Scale Two, 4 days: hit the target on day 2, then open one trade on two more days to pass.

Allowed

  • Trading during high-impact news
  • Holding positions overnight and over the weekend
  • Stop loss, take profit, partial closes and other risk-management tools
  • Scalping, swing and position trading
  • Hedging within the same account

Not allowed

  • Exploiting price-feed errors, latency or platform bugs
  • Copy trading or signal-sharing between different people's accounts
  • Opposite positions across accounts or across firms (cross-account hedging)
  • Letting a third party trade your account
  • Gap or tick-scalping strategies that depend on simulator-only fills
Also good to know

Inactivity

Accounts with no trades for 30 consecutive days are closed. Your history stays available.

Consistency

During evaluation your best day may make up no more than 50% of the phase profit, so a phase cannot be passed with one lucky trade. If it is not met yet, keep trading: it never ends the account.

Maximum allocation

Combined funded balance across your accounts is capped at $300,000 before scaling.

Payouts

First request 14 days after the funded account starts, then every 14 days. Minimum $50. Identity verification is required, and all positions must be closed when you request.
