Before you trade
You can request a full refund of a programme fee within 14 days of purchase, as long as no trade has been placed on the account. Email scalabletrade@atomicmail.io with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
After you trade
Once a trade has been placed, the evaluation service has been delivered and the fee is non-refundable — including if the account ends because a rule was broken.
Fee refund with your first payout
When you pass and receive your first payout from the funded account, we add the original programme fee (excluding add-ons and before discounts) to that payout.
Add-ons
Add-ons are refunded only together with a full refund of the programme fee under the first section.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. A chargeback opened without contacting support may lead to the related accounts being closed.
