These terms are between ScalableTrade Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 17451784) and the person taking part in the partner programme (the "partner"). By creating a partner code you accept these terms together with our Terms of Service.
1. Who can join
Any adult user with a confirmed email can join. You create your partner code in the dashboard under Partners. One person may have one code, and a code cannot be changed once created.
2. Link, code and attribution
- You get a link of the form
scalabletrade.org/?ref=CODEand a promo code. - A click on your link ties the visitor to you for 30 days. If they click another partner's link within that time, they are tied to the latest one.
- A visitor who signs up within those 30 days is tied to you for good. If that user later enters another partner's code, the sale goes to the partner whose code was used.
- A purchase with your code counts for you even if the buyer never clicked your link.
3. Buyer discount
Your code gives buyers 10% off on top of any site-wide promo. Right now that is 30% off any programme. Without a site-wide promo the code gives 10% off. It does not combine with other promo codes. We may change the discount with advance notice to partners.
4. Commission and tiers
You earn a share of every paid order from a buyer tied to you, after all discounts. The share depends on your tier, and your tier on your total paid sales:

A new rate applies to sales made after you reach the threshold. Rates on past sales are not recalculated. We may agree a custom rate with large partners. A custom rate is never below your tier rate.
A partner reaching Pro for the first time gets one free Scale Two $25,000 challenge. We issue it within 5 business days. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. What does not count
- Your own purchases and purchases with your own code.
- Refunded orders and disputed payments. If commission on them has already been paid, we deduct it from later payouts.
- Sales obtained in breach of section 6.
6. Not allowed
- Creating extra accounts or buying through your own code, directly or through others.
- Bidding on search ads for ScalableTrade or variations of the name.
- Spam, or posting your link or code where the platform's rules forbid it.
- Promising guaranteed income, calling the evaluation an investment, misstating programme rules or presenting yourself as ScalableTrade staff.
- Using our logo and brand style so that your material looks published by the company.
If these rules are broken we may switch the code off and withhold commission on the related sales.
7. Payouts
- Commission is paid in USDT (TRC-20) on request through support.
- The minimum payout is $50.
- Commission becomes payable on orders paid more than 14 days ago. This is the window in which a buyer can ask for a refund.
- We send the payout within 5 business days of the request.
- You are responsible for any tax on your commission under the laws of your country.
8. Statistics
Clicks, sign-ups, sales and commission earned are shown in the dashboard under Partners. Partners do not receive buyers' names, emails or other personal data.
9. Changes and ending participation
We may change these terms and will email you at least 14 days before a change takes effect. Commission already earned is kept. You may leave at any time by contacting support, and earned commission will be paid under section 7. We may close the programme with 30 days' notice.
